[Resolved] Flipkart — return request canceled without any reason

Women kurta (Size - xl) is delevered on october 25 and it was small in size. I request for exchange with size xxl. Now on 31-october it is saying your return is cancelled and not saying any reason. (Return id:[protected]).
And the order for the new item (Xxl size for exchange) is also canceled. (Order id: od[protected].
I dont want this item. Please take it back and give new item or refund.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was of poor quality . We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on[protected].
