Flipkart — Return request failure | |||||
Hi, I have ordered the product of lunch box of topware from flipkart with the order id-od[protected] and when i have received the product that was damaged and it also not genuine product, so i have raise a request for refund twice in between the period of as per flipkart policy but both has failed then the policy period of refund has past. Then i have call to the customer care department thrice, and they have assured me that my problem well be definitely resolved and my refund request would be process and they will call back to me within 24hr but i didn't received a single call form flipkart. So each and every assurance of flipkart has failed after time to time. 1st return id for this request is :[protected] 2nd return id for this request is :[protected] Kindly do the needful. Thanks. It's almost 2 weeks has been passed, and there is no any response getting form anywhere. Kindly do the needful ASAP.
