[Resolved]  Flipkart — Return request not processed-order no-OD[protected]

I have ordered washing machine LG 6.5 kg Inverter Fully Automatic Top Load Silver (T7569NDDLH) on[protected] from Flipkart. Product was delivered on[protected], Product installation and demo was done on[protected]. During installation it was found that product was faulty and i immediately initiated the return of product on same day[protected]. As per the Flipkart policy refund was supposed to be initiated on or before July 1st 2020. Its been more than 3 weeks refund is not yet initiated. I have been following up with flipkart on daily basis, but getting same response that issue will be resolved in 24 to 48 hrs. Requesting you to consider this issue as cheating on customer and playing with customer sentiment and wasting customer time and money. Please help us in resolving the issue and getting the refund as early as possible
