Flipkart — Return request rejected and giving excuse

Od[protected] its my order id.. I ordered a mobile asus zenfone laser 2. (5.5 inch). After delivery when i using it showing so many problem.. Hanging, network problem.. I requested to return but they rejected again and again.. Pls do something i want refund my money.. This is my return id whis is rejected to refund[protected]
And my recent return id[protected]
