I have a ordered a handset Moto e4 on 27th July 2017 is being delivered on 29 th July 2017 and is faulty I have created a return request twice and it is being rejected twice as the technician visit is suppose to happen and is cancelled from their end again I raised a return request is being rejected. It is within 10 days of receiving the handset we can return the handset if found faulty as per the company's policy and now issue is still not resolved no resolution is being provided, the amount is being paid for no services being used .
Upon calling the customer care call is placed on hold or is said the call is getting transferred to manager, after a long wait stressful music is being heard again and again no response no callbacks are arranged the call gets disconnected no proper reply in email .
Please help I Beg u
I earn hard and save money over months to buy the products and now I am helpless no It cannot be used and no help is being provided .
