Flipkart — return request related and refund issues, poor customer service

I had ordered Bluetooth headset from flipkart but unfortunately the quality of the product was not good hence I had raised return request for the same.
Even this was accepted by flipkart and they have initiated for refund. They said product will be picked up within 4 to 5 days.
But these people sent the executive very next that too on Sunday. Sunday nobody will be there even I have was not there so I told the executive to reschedule the pickup but that bugger cancelled now I m not even getting the option to return it.
After that I spoke with 2 of the executives who were not fit for the job.
They both disconnected the call without any resolution.
Again I got a call from the customer care these guys doesn't even know to speak English. Simply placed my call on hold for hours together and they have supervisor or manager on the floor.
The product is of 499RS/- worth that's of no use no I need refund on the same and action should taken against the agent Sandhya who spoke with singularly without respect.

We are happy to let you know that the courier service provider has confirmed the pickup from your address by 26 Oct 19. Once the product is picked up and reaches the warehouse then the seller will process for a refund. This refund will reflect within 9 business days as per standard banking procedures.
