Hi, I have purchase a mobile from flipkart which was found little defective and regarding that i have given complain to flip kart they told that they will do something and replace and also they told it will be solved before 5th of this month. But today is 12th of august there is no response from flipkart kindly help to get my problem solve. You can find the the snapshot below. which i got from flipkart.
