I purchased Ayusha Creation Women A-line White Dress from Flipkart with

and I got it delivered to my home on 27th April 2022 at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
The received product was not matching the image from the product page and even the quality was very bad, ultimately I can say the expectations were not matching.
As per Flipkart promise, return request was made on 29th April, 2022 and pick up was scheduled on 30th April 2022 but till the date (today is 8th May) no one has came to pick up the return order despite my daily calls to Flipkart Customer care and Vendor.
I explained this issue to Flipkart and its vendor but all the time I am hearing the same excuse that we'll pick it up / resolve this issue in 3 days. Earlier the date was 3rd of May, then 6th of May and now it's 10th May, Strange!
My complaint ID is:
It's the height of frustration that no one is coming to pick up of return order despite giving so many calls and requests.
I am requesting Flipkart to return my money and refund my money for the item as there is no fault or delay from my side at all in this return of item instead its all fault and delay from Flipkart and its vendor so i need my refund of money 644 rs immediately.
If i will not get my refund then I will file a legal complaint against Flipkart & it's vendor.
