Hi Flipkart team,
I am seriously not expecting this from Flipkart. First time receiving an
untrustworthy product. The phone box was seal-broken it seems to be a used
product!
I've raised return requests four times and several times contacted
Flipkart customer
support for the past 3 days to confirm the request and shared pdf/images
but it was rejected by Flipkart all the time even after sharing the full
video and photo evidence for the delivery of the suspicious untrustworthy
Seal-Broken product.
So I've Registered a complaint against Flipkart in the *National consumer
helpline with Grievance Number: 4012396.*
It is a misery to see all my return requests getting rejected for the
reason: "the return request could not be processed by the seller, as the
product images shared could not be validated" from Flipkart even after
sharing the Detailed Images in PDF and jpg formats moreover I've dropped a
mail with the unboxing video earlier.
Now I am again sharing the Photos, and unboxing Video of the
seal-broken product
which was delivered to me. Please don't use the same reason again and
reject my return request,
I am ready to share any additional information regarding the product via
Telecommunication or in person, but please don't reject the return for the
same reason. Also, I am ready to take any legal action if needed. I've
ordered more than six mobile phones and lots of electronic accessories from
Flipkart and never faced such issues but this time it is a true misery!
I was eagerly expecting this product, which I've planned to present to my
father on his birthday which is on next Wednesday but that is not going to
happen in the near future,
*Please approve the return request and process the refund as soon as
possible.*
