Sir,
I wish to return the mobile handset bought as per above details & claim the refund of amount paid by me at earliest. After using it for few months, i am convinced that you have sold me a product with manufacturing defect or a used/refurbished handset.
Issue with the product
It was mentioned at your portal/brochure of the handset, that the handset supports 4g volte network. However, i have faced numerous issues in the handset and it does not really support the 4g volte network. I am unable to perform the most basic functions like receiving incoming calls and making outgoing calls in the handset. Even sms facility stops working suddenly.
I reported this issue at your nagpur based service centre and the problem was acknowledged by their representatives. They kept the handset & returned it after 2-3 days concluding that the issue has been resolved.
However, the problem in the handset persists till date.
Resolution sought
Owing to the above mentioned issue, i wish to immediately return my product & seek complete refund of the bill amount. Else, i shall be constrained to report your malpractice at an appropriate legal forum to bring things to their logical ends.
