[Resolved]  Flipkart — returned product not picked and refund pending of the damaged product

Ordered a bean bag as a gift for a family friend and got the worst kind of product delivered. The bean bag beans started talking and the stitches were falling apart as soon as it was opened. This was a month back. Even after a return initiated the damaged product has not been picked up and my money is lying with you guys. I have filed 2 complaints since then but still the damaged product has not been picked.

Firstly the location is thane and not some remote village that it's taking 30 days for the seller to pick the product

Secondly two times since the complaint has been filed a deadline date has been given. It's called a deadline for some reason!!!

How about you refund my money back and let the seller take as many days, weeks, months or years to pick up the product. I promise you, you shall not be bothered. Coz in the meanwhile i can buy something good for my friend and gift them.

Awaiting for a new date to be published for the pick up and the refund.

I do not care what your policies are i would like my refund back. Provide a resolution at the earliest.
