[Resolved]  Flipkart — returning a damaged product (a worker of ecart misbehaved to one of my family members while he was here to collect the damaged product)

There was some defect in the shoes which i had ordered thereby i requested to return it at the earliest, also i was having all the mrp tags, brand box etc that was required. A person from ecart delivery services reached my home to pick up the product. What happened next was unacceptable, this person who was supposed to collect the product was already not in his consciousness he was very adamant that he won't be taking the product for senseless reasons. Also, he visited my home twice after rejecting for picking up the product my mom was the only person in the house at that time. And this guy was behaving very strangely towards her, his body language was creepy and suspicious. He was already saying that price tag on the shoes was missing whereas there was no price tag on the shoes itself. Also, there are no price tags on the shoes itself; it is seen on the box of the brand and then this person left without picking up the product and misbehaved with my mom and spoke to me in an inappropriate tone. And the result is that the damaged product is still with me and my money is getting wasted. I being a regular flipkart user... Today's incident has damaged its reputation and this isn't flipkart's fault but my request to return has been cancelled as that person reported to flipkart that he didn't reach me which is a lie. I don't know that guy's name but his contact no is [protected] adding to that he wasn't picking up my fone. This type of service is gonna affect customer satisfaction for flipkart; i hope an immediate action will be taken against this!
