[Resolved] Flipkart — returns/website providing wrong info | |||||
Sony flipkart worst experience ever. I purchased sony stereo 2.0 on 22nd december. First, while applying filters i mentioned for phone. The headphones appeared after applying the filters. I ordered these as per what my requirement was order number od[protected]. Attached is the screenshot i took from the application. The product was delivered on 24th december. I checked the product and it was not compatible with my phone. It is only for playstation. I applied for the refund as per the instructions from the flipkart application. It asked for unnecessary reasons for return. Then when i dis the return process, it sends me the message — “we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 27 dec, 5:30 pm. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679” And “return request received: your return request for sony st... From your order with order id od[protected] has been received. We will give you an update soon. Check the return status here http://fkrt.it/uECRd2NNNN” And then on thursday 27th december i received a message — “return update: sorry, the seller is unable to fulfil your return request for sony st... From your order with order id od[protected]. Please check your email for more details.” So just for my satisfaction i applied for a return the second time, the very same day. Yesterday i received the same message for return request rejected. I raised another return request and then called customer care. I spoke with anmol Sharma from flipkart india team. I explained everything to him. - the product is not compatible for phones. - website/application filters not accurate. - as per the website return date - stock can be returned 3rd january 2019. - i am leaving tomorrow morning for australia. Was suppose to take these along but as they are not compatible. Twice rejected my request for return without any reason. You just cannot reject the request for refund from a customer when the date of return is specifically mentioned is 3rd january 2019. I spoke to rohit lalwani today, and specifically told him i need a call back in an hour. I have added the sceeenshot as well as a video on what wrong information flipkart is providing.
