[Resolved] Flipkart — royaldeals hcx-88130 cotton collapsible wardrobe (finish color - purple) | |||||
I placed order of two wardrobes on 11 july 2018. I got the delivery on 18th july. I asked the executive to let me check the product first before paying cash. He denied and asked me to pay first. I paid him rs 2870 in total for two wardrobes. Later on i opened the box and found only one product in the box. I submit my grievance to customer care. They asked me to wait for some days till the missing product gets delivered to me. They released the delivery and the expected date of delivery was 30 july. I was constantly watching the status of my order. On 28th of july the status was"product misrouted" i was hoping that flipkart will update me soon but no response came. The status was still the same next day. Then i contacted customer care again and again, and they are not giving me any solution rather forwarding my query here and there. Neither i got my refund nor my product. They have been promising to call me and update me since last week but have not arrived at any solution. I am soo sooo upset with their services.
