[Resolved]  Flipkart — Rs. 12000 blocked two times but no solution by customer service.

Worst experience from flipkart. "To be frank, there is no agreement that customer must receive item after they order." -said by customer service supervisor Mayukh :o Firstly the called was picked up by Ganesh and then transferred to supervisor Mayukh. I am totally unsatisfied with their service. Wow! I am stunned! I have no surerity that I will receive order after making payment. So what should I pay? @flipkart.com has blocked my Rs. 12000 but could not give any proper reason for it. Just thief people. Order ID: OD[protected] OD[protected] I have ordered Asus zenfone 4 ...two times. For the first one it was canceled immediately after making the payment. For the second order, they assigned courier then they cancelled and sent a return request to courier. My pin code is deliverable as shown in the website. Afterthat... 1. They could not deliver that particular product. 2. They cannot take alternative address. 3. They cannot assign another courier. 4. They cannot make refund in flipkart wallet so that I can purchase immediately. And finally...ridiculous that "there is not agreement that customer must receive item after they order" Will they pay the interest of a credit card after taking the money for 10 days! Stop buying from flipkart. @all They have no agreement that u must receive your item.

Seems like a rare case, usually people are very happy with Flipkart's services. Any how, you can always raise the issue over mail to their customer care, and resolve the issue to get your money back.
