[Resolved] Flipkart — Rude behavior with customer, | |||||
I have placed an order for Sukanya with order ID 0D[protected]. When I have received my order its totally different and size also big. when I called to flip kart help line no. 1 of your staff conform that they will returns that product and refund my amount. next day when I called for pick up my product that guy did't pick up my call and i got mg that its cancel.And again I called Flip kart Y my pick up was cancel Khooshi assist me the same, she ask me y I was returning that product again I have informed the same but she was saying that refund will be not applicable and they will exchange my product.If i have order S size and its was big how come you are exchange my product. Yah! I was agree that time I talk little loud, but i did't use any foul language with your staff, and even I did't shouted to her as well .you can check your call record .she was saying that if I talk continually she was cut my call. she was so rude, so arrogant .She don't know how to speak with customer.I have told her to transfer my call to manager but she answer me they are in the meeting right now and can't transfer my call so I told her to informed your manager to call me back but she directly say no they can't call me back .So this is the services your staff was providing with customer.if your customer get angry your staff should know how to handle the situation .I prefer to order with flip kart only and I suggest my frds also but if you are given this pathetic service with customer nobody can order from your website.again i called to flip kart to transfer me call to manager but Ms. Jyoti assist me, she was very heplfull. Even she apologized for the same which was happened . and she solve my problem as well. and 1 more thing plz teach that girls khooshi how to talk with customer.Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
