i buy lenova k3 note mobile in flipkart and delivery for me Dt.17/07/2015. after receive this mobile i use for same problem ear speaker. and i complain Dt.20/07/2015 for product defect and call back me flipkart care Mr.dayanandji he tell me same step for change setting and other but my problem is not solve and he show his site my problem is solve but my problem is continue for this mobile so flipkart policy 7 day return policy is not accept my request for return this mobile. May 14, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Jul 24, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and got to know that he facing issues with phone speaker, It is found that a scheduled call back is already arranged from our technical team today evening. So informed the same to customer and closing the case.
