Samsung 4 star AC 1.5 ton was delivered and installed on 15th May, 2022 (invoice attached) which then caused cooling issue. I had then raised a complaint with Samsung. 2 Technicians visited but they could not fix the issue. Samsung told me raise a replacement request with Flipkart for the same. I raised a replacement request on 23rd May, 2022. Flipkart told me that a technician would visit and approve the replacement request. I communicated to them that the technician had already visited and Samsung has confirmed to get it replaced. I shared the technician's number with Flipkart who confirmed the replacement approval. Even after the approval from Samsung's end, Flipkart is not approving the request. With multiple follow ups with Flipkart, they are not providing replacement. On 4th June, finally they connected with me and cancelled the existing replacement request and raised a new one (reason unknown). On 14th June, 2022, they again connected with me asking for Technician's number. They are starting the same cycle again. They are completely ignorant with communicating with Samsung and bothering me every-time with Technician's number. Flipkart provides a replacement policy and not a return policy due to which I am now unable to return the product anymore. After almost a month's followup, they is no progress regarding the replacement. Hence, I would want the product to be returned (not replaced) and would seek a refund
