Samsung and Flipkart both doing their cheating job very well
Again on 17/4/2014 got calls from both Flipkart (9:19 am) and Samsung (4:17 pm).Flipkart representative as usually told me that sir we are looking into your matter and will try to solve it till 17/4/2015 evening. But as usual got no calls from Flipkart till 17/4/2015 evening. Then at 4:17 pm got a call from Samsung representative clearly stating that sir we at Samsung do not take any responsibility of any kind of service or wrong doing done by any E-COMMERCE website such as Flipkart, snapdeal, e bay etc because these websites are not Samsung official websites nor they are Samsung official dealers .We are not liable for any kind of wrong doing done regarding any Samsung product by these websites. We only provide solutions, services to those customers who buy Samsung products from Samsung authorised dealer and Samsung official websites and Flipkart is not one of our official website nor our authorised dealer hence any wrong doing done by Flipkart do not come under our liability. Samsung representative also stated that Samsung is not bothered about the fact that Flipkart and all the Other E-commerce websites who are selling Samsung products on their websites are selling Samsung products by displaying wrong specs. After hearing all this I asked Samsung representative that is it not Samsung’s duty to keep a check that weather these E-commerce websites including Flipkart are displaying correct specs of Samsung products on their respective websites or not ?To this he answered that sir we do not care about these things we are only concerned about our sales and nothing else .After listening to all this I am sure of one thing that Samsung and Flipkart are only concerned about their product sales and nothing else. I mean nothing at all.
