Flipkart — samsung frame 55 inch tv- | |||
I have purchased the tv on 30th sep for 73999 rupees. The delivery is to be expected on 5th october. I have not received the tv till date (8th oct). The tracking id updated in the flipkart app is not correct. Because of this i really dont have any information where my tv is. I have approached customer care on 5th itself and there after multiple times. Customer care is waste of time and they dont have any knowledge at all. Person rohit is very diplomatic and laughing at the me. I didnt know that their customer care service employees dont have any respect and care for their customers like me. What a pathetic service. When i request them to escalate to next level, they started giving me false information. Please help me on my tv, i want the tv for the same rate and it should get delivered to me Was this information helpful? | |||
