I bought Samsung Galaxy ON 8 on 28-Nov and my login id is [protected]@gmail.com
I would like to make an official complaint about this company because first they sent me out a faulty handset in which its not detecting network signals at all. Even when i tried to insert my international sim card its not working at all.
So i called them and ask for refund because i can not use and was flying to Australia in next few days. First they told me that we can replace your handset but cant process with refund but when i informed them i will be not available after couple of days so there is no meaning to replace the handset and cant use this handset outside India.
They told me that we can go ahead with your refund request but we cant give your old exchange phone back to you however will give you the Flipkart credit for the same which you can transfer to any of your bank account.
They accepted my refund request and schedule for pickup of the faulty handset in a day or two. I have waited at my home to pick up the faulty handset but no one came and finally at about 11PM they just cancelled my refund request without informing to me.
I called up again and placed a refund request one more time. Next day again till 6:30PM no one came to pick up the faulty handset so i called up and asked for courier details because i got a flight and cant wait for more days because i already wasted a day and few hours.
Finally at 7PM courier guy came to pick up the faulty handset and after that they have also processed my refund request. But this time i got flipkart credit in my account which i can no transfer to my bank account.
I called up again and they have raised a request for the same which has been resolved after 3-4 days.
I got lot of trouble because of this order and wasted one day with these guys to resolve my issue with faulty handset and with my refund.
Many time they are not understanding the customer's situation, even when i asked them to provide courier details they have not provided any information.
This is so frustrating and i need compensation for all this trouble happened with me.
