Hi Team,

I had bought Samsung galaxy on nxt and Samsung galaxy On5 in the month of Oct'16 with cashback offer on citibank debit\credit card.

Sad to say but it's 4th month and i still didn't received cashback.
Once i tried to check with customer care and as per them we will get it before 31st Jan'17.

Request you to please update me where it got stuck.
