I have ordered a mobile from flipkart and initiated the return and refund for the same i emailed them several times on status and they keep on saying like it will be done today and tomorrow and when ever i email them there is no proper response from their end i have all the mail proofs for the same the mobile is damm over heating and the pick up has been initiated but no one has come to pick the product if i esquire on the same they say it will be done tomorrow every time they say same and escape no update
