Flipkart — Samsung galaxy S7+ tablet

I have ordered a Samsung galaxy S7+ tablet on Flipkart with order noOD[protected], got replacement for the same, still I have issues with the product, the s pen is not working and the warranty card is missing and the seal of the old product was broken.The seller is health and happiness pvt ltd.I am now not able to get a refund, they have rejected my return request multiple times.It been a month since I am dealing with this and there is no support regarding my issue neither from Flipkart nor from the seller.There are so many complains on the consumers forum.Please help me regarding the same take necessary actions against the seller.
