I ordered a SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ 8 GB RAM 128 GB ROM 12.4 Inch with Wi-Fi Only Tablet (Gray) from Flipkart. The order ID is OD[protected]. I placed the order on 22nd October 2024. When I checked the order, the delivery date was showing as 27th October 2024. After placing the order, the date changed to 4th November 2024. I contacted Flipkart customer support, and they informed me that this was only an expected date and that the order would be delivered before Diwali. After three days with no change in the order status, I contacted them again. They reassured me that the order would be delivered before the expected time. On 27th October 2024, I checked the order status again, and it still showed the same delivery date of 4th November 2024. I contacted support, and they told me the order would be delivered by the expected date of 4th November 2024 and that the shipping date would be 1st November 2024. On 1st November 2024, when I checked, the order had not been shipped, so I contacted support again. They took my complaint and assured me that the order would be shipped on time and advised me to wait for 48 hours as their technical team was working on it. They suggested that I cancel the order and place a fresh one if it was not shipped within that time frame. I declined their suggestion because the price difference between my purchased product and the current price was significant. After waiting, I received no call from the technical team, so I contacted support again. They repeated their suggestion to cancel the order and place a new one. When I mentioned the price difference, they offered to give me the difference as cashback in my Flipkart wallet, which I declined because I did not want to use the money on another purchase. I consistently requested that they ship the same order, as I did not want to place a new one. I saved this amount from my room rent and study expenses over the past year and was waiting for the Diwali sale. I had borrowed the money to pay for this order from a friend, whose credit card I used, and I am obligated to repay both the principal and the interest. There is no possibility of getting my money back. There was no response from the technical team, so my complaint was highlighted, and I was told to wait for 24 hours. After 24 hours, I contacted support again, and they told me the same thing. On the morning of 5th November 2024, I received a call from Flipkart informing me that my order had been shipped, and the delivery date was changed to 8th November 2024. However, at 2:44 PM the same day, my order was cancelled by Flipkart. When I called to inquire about the reason, they said the order was cancelled by me and refused to provide any assistance because they claimed I had cancelled it. Despite multiple calls, I was told to wait for 24 hours for my complaint to be addressed. Finally, I requested to speak to a senior agent. The senior agent initially said the same thing, but eventually admitted that the order was cancelled by the logistics team. They forwarded my complaint to their technical team, but I received no response. When I contacted Flipkart again, they said my complaint was resolved, but I insisted that the order was cancelled by their side. The senior agent admitted it was cancelled by the logistics team, but there was no mention of it in their records. They said they would contact the technical team to get more information but later informed me that the technical team was unavailable. I waited for another 5-6 hours with no response from Flipkart. I called again and asked to be connected to a senior agent. This time, I was told all agents were busy, and they arranged a callback from the senior team within 4 hours, but I received no call. When I called again, I was told the order was cancelled by me. I requested senior support once more, and the senior agent reiterated that the order was cancelled by me and suggested placing a new order. After a call from Flipkart, they said the order was cancelled by the seller and promised to take my feedback into account to avoid such issues in the future, while suggesting I place a new order. From 10 to 15 days, my studies have also been disrupted because of Flipkart, and I am mentally disturbed because of their behaviour. I only want my product.
