I got this feature phone (Samsung Guru Music 2) as open box delivery yesterday (August 15th 2023). The delivery guy took photo of phone & accessories then delivered to me. I did not realize the reason behind that open box delivery on that time and the courier guy left.
When I remove polythene cover then realized that screen having scratches. I tried to switch ON the Phone, but it did not work, then I tried charging for 2 hours (no clue charging or not) after that also nothing happened. Even charging wire had crack in it.
Since it was open box delivery, Flipkart online return option is did not work, when I contacted Flipkart customer care, they did not accept for return of this open box delivery. They suggested to conduct Samsung customer support for defect product. When I call Samsung customer care, they told to visit service center, once technician confirms if its defective product then only we can return the product.
For convenient purpose only I purchased through online, now they are suggesting to go to Samsung service center after spending lot time with customer support team. I am frustrated with this experience.
It seems seller (SATYAM) is cheater and never every buy any product from this seller.
