[Resolved] Flipkart — Samsung on8 refund has not yet received | |||
Ive ordered samsung on8 Due to some reasons ive cancelled it.after 10 days also i haven't received my money.i have called flipkart.but they took no action regarding that.they told me the same procedures.i have contacted my bank.and they said amount has been credited by flipkart yet.they gave 8 days time.now its too long and i have not received anything.flipkart is just a lier. Apr 13, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 09, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had cancelled the order on 16th Feb 2016 and same day we had initiated refund. And we had provided the information that within 5 business days it will reflect in his account. When customer came back stating that he hasn't received the refund we said the customer to go to the bank and raise a dispute. We have refunded the amount and we are closing the case from our side.
