I have ordered a fridge on 08th October 2023 and it should’ve shipped by 11th of October but they haven’t shipped it. I started calling flipkart from 16th of October as it was not even shipped. Till today they haven’t given me a resolution. This is not first time that i am facing issues with flipkart. Last time they have given me a refund of 28k after almost 1month that too after too many calls and after giving warning that I would complain on consumer court they have sent me refund. As such there are many issues, There is a mental torture with flipkart as we expect products to be delivered on time. I have placed an order in filpkart on 7th Oct 2023 till now I haven't received my product.just to show case there brand with other competitors they are putting false offer after payment no response from any one.even I called customer care they are disconnected with any proper resolution.they are just cheating people like me just to become famous with other companies but common people getting in fraud scamme.
