[Resolved] Flipkart — sandisk memory card 64gb | |||
I had purchased memory card in flipkart, after 12 days it stopped working, flipkart customer service informed that it is out of return policy since returns are covered only till 10 days, and asked me to talk to sandisk customer service, when i spoke to the sandisk customer care, they took all the serial no's and confirmed it is not a genuine sandisk memory card, and asked me to get in touch with flipkart itself for replacement, flipkart also isn't that welcoming on the same, we as an individual trust flipkart as a one stop shopping application but of they don't sell original products who takes care of it, i have attached the invoice and also the email print which i got from sandisk for the reference, please help me on this.
