[Resolved] Flipkart — Scam- Product not delivered but showing delivered | |||||
I had order a washing machine (order ID - OD[protected] which is showing delivered on 7th july, 2017 in flipkart website. However, it is not deliver to me. I have already rised a offical complained on 7th july with flipkart. But i really doubt about there intension because Its look like a scam by flipkart. i ordered a fossil watch on 1st of july. And the expected delivery date was 7-10th july. On 7th july i received a mail below. The app is showing that the product is delivered. But ive not received any such product. So i called the customer care and they registered a complaint with me and told me that they will reply by 13th of july 2017 . So im waiting. I believe there is some technical error oon their part. And have confidence on them that they will resolve the issue.
