Hi,
I am chandra sekar. I bought mobile handset for my relative from flipkart worth of rs 5000/-.

However, the handset is not working at all.
When i asked for replacement with another product, there is no response and delaying further.

The product delivered on 17th october 2016 and asked for replacement on 21st october 2016..

I want your help to get my money back or product replacement.
