[Resolved] Flipkart — seiko watch | |||
Placed an order for seiko watch model # ssc560p9, priced at rs 22500 order # od[protected] on 4th oct 2019 and paid the amount upfront. On 15th oct what i get is a lee cooper watch worth rs 7000. Called up customer care n the response i get is will get u refund. Really is this how you treat customer's complaint, did i shop to get a refund or the product. I really need the product that i ordered or will have to file an official complaint against flipkart for fraud. I understand mistakes do happen but rather then correcting the mistake you offer refund. I m really looking for a solution n solution to me is to get the product which is placed. Jan 27, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 27, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was different from what was ordered. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on 18 Oct 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
