[Resolved] Flipkart — seller cancelled my order multiple times | |
I am a old customer of flipkart.. On 2 october 2019 i ordered inifinix for 8 on flash sale.. But seller hold my order after 5 hours flipkart messages me seller cancelled your order for limited stock.. After two days on 4 october during flash sale i ordered it on 11.59 am.. But this time also cancelled my order... I am so disappointed from flipkart for this.. I don't trust more Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Dec 27, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order has been cancelled by the courier service provider due to unforeseen logistics issues. Also, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on October 04, 2019. Hence, requested customer to place a fresh order and closing the complaint from our end.
