Regarding Worst experience -Order Details Order ID: OD[protected] This is really Annoying and this kind of policy is just putting me off from making any further purchases from Flipkart This is so unfair that you dont listen or solve issues the problems of your customers and just close the case saying vendor is not ready to Accept and disapproves the return WTF...??? Why te hell have you mentioned 30 days policy for return, just scrap it and say NO returns No exchange, then it sounds better whats the fun of being a Flipkart first customer and also a a genuinie buyer who is facing issue swith the handset, which is getting heated up so much that cant even talk Why would you listen, You are just selling and Selling, NOt selling Shame on You Flipkart WIll never buy now from you Nipun Sachdeva Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jul 10, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer claims that issue still persist after doing trouble shooting steps hence Replace and Expect created and closing the case.
