Respected higher authorities of flipkart department My name is mangesh sharma This is my order number Od[protected] Product name Nd brother mosquito killer lamp usb electric mouse Price rs 1725 Total quantity i had ordered 5 qty 345*5=1725 Seller name Aravi retail Payment mode Rs 1725 cod Registered mobile number [protected] Sir i had ordered 5 qty of mosquito killer lamp which was lowest offer this product so i had purchased on cod mode as the parcel delivery date was 29 june i got the parcel 2 days earlier When the delivery agent came and biker came i felt confuse i had ordered 5 qty and i got in small box.. When i open the parcel only 1 qty i had received immediately i had intimate flipkart executive and request them to raise the missing complaint of the product but after that seller had denied my refund request And my return request has been cancelled by seller and flipkart I had called customer care many times they told me u have to wait till 30 june till further update come Sir i m requesting to u please investigate this matter from u r end... Because i have pay 5 qty amount of the product and i got only 1 qty and remaining 4 qty product is not got to me please from u r help me I told many time to executive to check the footages where the product has been packed the box was packed properly there was no cut no any fraud activities on the box... The seller had given only 1 qty I had contacted customer care they told me seller want u r document of photo proof but i have not get any link to send the date of my documents I m attaching the photos of the box of the product and product and all my documents which seller required from me as executive told me..
