Seller has delivered a wrong item and upon raising a return request I was asked to share my personal identification details giving them consent to use it for their purpose (screenshot attached).
Post which I wrote to Filpkart requesting details on why person details is required for a return request but Flipkart didn't respond and seller has rejected my return request twice stating that I've not shared requested details with seller whereas I've shared wrongly delivered product evidences which the seller should actually look for.

Email written to Flipkart -
"I'm not really comfortable in sharing my identification details to Flipkart with any kind of consent to utilize the same.
Could you please emphasize on the need of requesting personal details from customer?
Moreover, this is a case where Flipkart should have proactively addressed my concern as they don't stand up to their value and they're sending wrong items to customer.
I've received a trolley of 57inches whereas the one I've ordered is 69inches and amount was already prepaid for 69inches.
I can't really trust Flipkart anymore considering the kind of incidents happening due to negligence from Flipkart team. Firstly, I would like to question that how this item has passed quality gates where no one literally was able to figure out that Flipkart is sending wrong items to customer to mislead them.
I'm attaching tag from the Skybag brand where it clearly says it's 57inches and if you could kindly review my order placement, it's of 69inches.
Nonetheless, I'm willing to display my identity to the person who'd come to pick this item but I can't really agree with the ask of sharing personal details to Flipkart. "
