I had brought ASUS Zenfone(Order Id: OD[protected] from Flipkart.com on 6th OCtober 2014.
But my phone stopped working on 8th September 2015 so I visited ASUS service center. After couple of days they informed me that product is out of warranty and I will need to bear the complete charges for repair.
Then I called Flipkart customer service center for resolution on 12th September 2015. At that time they gave me a resolution date of 16th September 2015.
I waited till 16th Sept 2015 but I didn't receive neither resolution nor any call from flipkart but just a automated mail saying that it will take more 3 days to resolve the issue. Since then I am just getting same mail every 3days with new dates(tarik pe tarik) but no resolution.
I even called them multiple times but always get same words from them...wait, patience, cooperation, assurance, understand, etc...
these are just words for them with no meaning.
