[Resolved]  Flipkart — Send defective & other smartphone

I brought redmi 12 5G (pastel blue, 128gb) from flip kart mobile application on 12.02.2024. And i recd product on 18.02.2024. But after unpack the product we found some another phone of redmi and that’s also broken so we launch replacement request by application but the declined due to seller not accept it back now we don’t get my phone back radmi 12 5G. Which I requested or even they don’t refund me my money. So please do need full and resolve my query its a very humble request.

Flipkart customer care support only seller or believes in only seller.i am says again again customer care call with 3 time posted with pics on flipkart apps but they not agree & not believes. Then i help https://www.consumercomplaints.in
