[Resolved]  Flipkart — Send wrong calvin klein jeans worth 6399

I ordered ck jeans worth 6399 they send me wrong ck jeans. I recorded the video o[censored]nboxing and the delivery Boy Rakesh meena is also my evidence. I contact flipkart for return their concerned team contact me and tell that they will provide resolution refund withing 24 hours then they did not contact for 3-4 days. Then i again mail them at [protected]@flipkart.com they again call me and said will get resolytion withing 24 hours again. Then they do not contact for 3 days then again i drop the mail on same mail address. After 24 hours i reeived a mail in which they are commited that i returned many items hence my account is blocked. Whereas it was my first return i never returned any thing . Now they are not helping me they are cheating me by saying again and again that i returned many orders. I want my money . It was my first and last return. I know very well before this order i never returned any thing. I request consumer complaint to send legal notice to flipkart . I have unboxing video as proof . I am ready to go legal. The order id is OD[protected] AND THE TRACKING ID IS FMPP[protected] and the invoice id/number is FAETLP[protected]
