I had ordered Airpods Pro from Flipkart for INR 16, 150 on 20th June 2022. I received the product on 23rd June.

The Airpods came out to be a fake clone of the Airpods with fake packaging, wrong country of origin on the box and clearly it was cheap clone of the Airpods.
I immediately raised a return/replacement complaint to Flipkart on 23rd June itself, which got accepted and Flipkart agreed to provide me a replacement on 25th June 2022.
The replacement ID is[protected].
They provided me estimated time of the pickup to be 1st July 2022. I am writing this complaint on 1st of July after no one came to pick the fake product for replacement and after getting no assistance from Flipkart's customer support.
Their customer support is continuously postponing the replacement and now are asking me to wait till 5th of July for the pickup which is terrible. I cannot wait 10+ days for a simple replacement of the product for which I paid INR 16, 150/-
UPDATE: They have cancelled my return request without my consent on 1st July 2022and now not updating me in any manner.
Then I had to place another complaint regarding the same and they have moved the date of Pickup to 11th of July and again there are no signs of a possible pickup.
The customer support staff had called and now are asking for a Job sheet from Apple but why do I need to provide the job sheet if the products are fake and aren't genuine in the first place. It has been 10+ days since I had ordered and I haven't got any solution whatsoever.
I want a replacement with the Genuine Apple Product as soon as possible. I cannot wait for 10+ days for such a simple task.
