[Resolved] Flipkart — sending of wrong item | |||
My order id is od[protected] I have place 3 pack of weight loss nutra green coffee powder form which cost for rs 225 per pack. But i received arabic green coffee which was rs 160 per pack in grain form. But still i was charged rs 225 plus delivery of rs 50 per paket. The item was sold by saudager healthcare, vijay nagar indore. I received the packet on 11.10.17 ann contact flipkart on the very hour. Then they said that my packet will be pick up by their wishmaster but till date the paket was not pick up. They also said that my problem will be solve only after 14.10.17. Now i have been going some training and i told them that i have to change my address. Why us it taking such a long time to solve my problem when it was their fault.
