[Resolved]  Flipkart — Sends wrong products/item not as described from flipkart.com, not asper product descriptions mentioned on their websites!!!

I am sorry to inform you that the iBall Slide i701 with 3 Protective Covers and HDMI Cable (Black, 16GB, Wi-Fi Only) Tablet was ordered on 23/12/2015 at 01:48 Pm through Flipkart on Flipkart's Big App Shopping Days, order number is OD[protected], Product - Tablets w/ VQ64897 /iBall ["INIB[protected]"], Seller's TIN Number is [protected], Invoice number is blr_wfld[protected], CIN is U72900KA2009PTC050123 and as well as Seller's Name is WS Retail Services Pvt.Ltd, but the same is delivered by Flipkart's courier partner Delhivery COD[protected] on 28/12/2015 at 04:55 Pm. I took the item without opening the box. When i opened the box I found that the item did not match the decription of the product mentioned in Flipkart. I therefore hence opened the parcel of that product after that particular Flipkart's Delhivery Courier guy leaves my home after successfully delivering the product parcel of iBall Slide i701 with 3 Protective Covers and HDMI Cable (Black, 16GB, Wi-Fi Only) Tablet  from Flipkart the very same day on 28/12/2015 at 05:00 Pm and I was very much shocked and very much disappointed to see that the product iBall Slide i701 with 3 Protective Covers and HDMI Cable (Black, 16GB, Wi-Fi Only) Tablet was not there in the parcel, instead there was a more expensive smartphone which costs around Rs.15, 499.00 was there present inside that particular parcel which I had received the very same day from the very begaining only that was 28/12/2015 at 04:55 Pm and therefore hence I had received a wrong product/Item not as described from Flipkart and I also felt that Flipkart's Seller WS Retail by mistake had send me a more expensive smartphone which costs around Rs.15, 499.00 and right now I am requesting you for deputing the service of replacement with the same very best fresh brand new product of iBall Slide i701 with 3 Protective Covers and HDMI Cable (Black, 16GB, Wi-Fi Only) Tablet in order to get the same but no one is attending my complain.Today till now no one from Flipkart had bothered to call me and ask what is the matter??? OR what is the problem??? Now, I am requesting you to depute a replacement and send me a very best fresh brand new product of iBall Slide i701 with 3 Protective Covers and HDMI Cable (Black, 16GB, Wi-Fi Only) Tablet inorder immediately.I am an employee of Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals Kolkata and could not get any time to call Flipkart's Customer Care Office or send email to Flipkart's Customer Care Office.Please look into the matter immediately.I am a Flipkart's honest buyer and I am very much honest and very much kind as a person by nature and that's why I am reporting this complaint because if any other person or buyer was in my place he or she might would have kept the more expensive smartphone of Rs.15, 499.00 instead of replacing it with a less expensive 3000/- rupees iBall Slide i701 with 3 Protective Covers and HDMI Cable (Black, 16GB, Wi-Fi Only) Tablet...So, as I told earlier that I am a very much kind as well as very much honest person by heart and nature and moreover I need replacement for the exactly same product for which I had placed order for iBall Slide i701 with 3 Protective Covers and HDMI Cable (Black, 16GB, Wi-Fi Only) Tablet not any other expensive smartphone or whatever else more expensive products.I need exactly the same tablet for which I had placed order on Flipkart's Big App Shopping Days through Flipkart.com.I am a valuable regular customer of Flipkart and I had purchased lakhs of amount of products over the past few years from Flipkart.I don't need refund money, I need replacement for the exactly same product for which I had placed order for iBall Slide i701 with 3 Protective Covers and HDMI Cable (Black, 16GB, Wi-Fi Only) Tablet, I can not be without tablet...because its very important for my work.I would request them to provide the replacement only because right now Flipkart's Seller WS Retail have hiked the price for iBall Slide i701 with 3 Protective Covers and HDMI Cable (Black, 16GB, Wi-Fi Only) Tablet at Rs.4799/- which is much more by Rs.1800/- because when I placed the order on 23/12/2015 at 01:48 Pm through Flipkart on Flipkart's Big App Shopping Days, the price for that particular product was at Rs.3000/- for the iBall Slide i701 with 3 Protective Covers and HDMI Cable (Black, 16GB, Wi-Fi Only) Tablet because at that particular time period on 23/12/2015, there was some promotional offers going on Flipkart as Flipkart's Big App Shopping Days was going on from 21/12/2015 - 23/12/2015 and now the promotional offers are over and for that's why it is the only reason that Flipkart's Seller WS Retail have hiked the price for iBall Slide i701 with 3 Protective Covers and HDMI Cable (Black, 16GB, Wi-Fi Only) Tablet at Rs.4799/-. If I now place a new order for that particular product from Flipkart's Seller WS Retail they have now hiked the price for iBall Slide i701 with 3 Protective Covers and HDMI Cable (Black, 16GB, Wi-Fi Only) Tablet at Rs.4799/- and than I have to pay much more money by Rs.1800/- for that same particular product iBall Slide i701 with 3 Protective Covers and HDMI Cable (Black, 16GB, Wi-Fi Only) Tablet at Rs.4799/- and moreover the point is that why will I pay much more money when there is no mistake of mine, it's the fault of the Flipkart's WS Retail who had by mistake had send me a more expensive smartphone which costs around Rs.15, 499.00 which is not at all the product or stuff I had placed order for which means I had received wrong product/Item not as described from Flipkart.com.Now, if Flipkart would initiated Refund money in the account which I don't want at all against the wrong product which I had received as because now they have hiked the price of the product which I want at Rs.4799/- which is available with them.I don't need refund money, I need replacement for the exactly same product for which I had placed order for iBall Slide i701 with 3 Protective Covers and HDMI Cable (Black, 16GB, Wi-Fi Only) Tablet. Even when a person or buyer purchases products or stuffs from Flipkart's Seller WS Retail, they paste some kind of Green coded stickers which had various numbers as well as alphabets written and stuck or paste on that particular manufacturer product sealed packed box and that Green coded stickers which had various numbers as well as alphabets written are also mentioned outside the additional package provided by Flipkart and Retail/ Tax Invoice/Bill and moreover they should match with each other to make sure that you as a buyer had received absolutely correct products or stuffs that you had actually placed order for but in my case, that particular Green coded stickers numbers and alphabets are completely different from the one which is mentioned on the additional package provided by Flipkart and Retail/ Tax Invoice/Bill which means that particular product of Rs.15, 499.00 is someone else order or any other buyer or customer of Flipkart.com had placed the order for that particular Rs.15, 499.00 smartphone and this might be the case that particularly that customer or buyer might had got my less expensive 3000/- rupees tablet and moreover I got his or her more expensive Rs.15, 499.00 smartphone, this is what I think had actually happened, this kind of incident.The main point is that I understood from this incident which had happened to me is that I got someone else order from Flipkart.com while that particular buyer might had actually got my less expensive 3000/- rupees product that was iBall Slide i701 with 3 Protective Covers and HDMI Cable (Black, 16GB, Wi-Fi Only) Tablet because that particular Green coded stickers numbers and alphabets are completely different from the one which is mentioned on the additional package provided by Flipkart and Retail/ Tax Invoice/Bill which means that particular product of Rs.15, 499.00 is Flipkart's any other customers order whichever by mistake had been packed in my order's addition package and been delivered to me instead of my actual ordered product while the same also might had happened to that particular buyer who had received my ordered product.This is completely the mistake of that particular person or employee of Flipkart.com who had exchanged the products and for that Flipkart's particular person or employee big mistake I got completely a different product from what I had actually placed the order for. Since, my relationship with Flipkart.com is completely different and I myself am a big fan of Flipkart.com that's the only reason why I didn't dare to post this incident which had happened to me on Facebook or any other Social Media Sites because I am a very old and valuable customer of Flipkart.com and moreover I trust Flipkart.com and all of its employees very much and I had completely faith on them. My request to Flipkart.com is that please take away this wrong product delivered to me and instead this time please check many times before sending the replacement for my originally ordered product that was iBall Slide i701 with 3 Protective Covers and HDMI Cable (Black, 16GB, Wi-Fi Only) Tablet, that's all!!! Spoke to customer, she is in office as she aware about replacement has been already arranged and I do not want to talk any one as she was busy and disconnected the call. Hence, closing the case.
