[Resolved]  Flipkart — Sennheiser earphone malfunction

Sir/Ma'm I purchased the Sennheiser earphone from your website on[protected] which were under the guarantee of 2 years but product started misbehaving within that time limit. So, I sent the product for claiming the guarantee to Sennheiser and they found out that the product is fake. So my request to you is that please replace the fake product and I hope you'll assist me with this problem so I could trust Flipkart in future.
