I ordered ant pc Intel i5 12400f (8 GB RAM/Nvidia rtx 3060 Graphics/1 TB Hard Disk/256 GB ssd Capacity/Windows 10 (64-bit)/12 GB Graphics Memory) Gaming Tower (lasius ab400nf) on Flipkart on 14th March 2023 cost of rupees 64990, order id is OD[protected] and received the product on 17th March 2023 as damaged condition, so I raised a replacement. On the next day, 18th March 2023 they asked me for a consent form to lodge fir on behalf of me since the courier service provider was telling the product was delivered intact and asked few images of the product delivered, I sent the consent form and the required images and asked them to lodge the fir and find the resolution at earliest. Since March 18th till today that is 19th April 2023 I didn't get any resolution from Flipkart, I called the customer care for 34 times and my request was rejected 7 times by saying " Wed like to let you know that your request for a return cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed delivery of the order with the product being intact". 18 issued were created by the Flipkart customer care and making everything was resolved. Whenever I call the customer care they are simply telling the same story and escalating the issue to the back end team and the back team will ask for an image, after sending all the images, they reject the request. Customer care doesn't have an option to connect my call to the back end team, the way is email and they are not responding for the email also. I asked for the seller details so that I can speak with the seller regarding this issue, customer care doesn't have the seller contact details also, I asked for the fir details lodged on behalf of me, they not even replied for that, it's been 30 days I left with broken product and issue was unresolved. Rupees 64990 is not small for me, it was my 3 months salary!
