[Resolved] Flipkart — sent wrong item, have been asking for replacement for a month | |||
Ordered Homelux floral king electric blanket Color: multicolor Seller: Laxmibhandar Seller sent electric kettle that too broken. Now this fraud seller is neither accepting replacement nor refunding. The issue has been ongoing nearly a month. # service flipkart. The issue id in[protected]. Following is the email i received. "dear customer, We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 10 aug, 3:00 pm. Thanks, Flipkart customer support". They called me and said we will get you replacement the same thing they said last 3-4 times. They have no empathy for their customers. Moreover i've been shopping for a lot from flipkart now i am really pissed. Was this information helpful? | |||
