[Resolved] Flipkart — Sent wrong product didn't refund my money

I ordered rajshree manipuri handloom Saree but flipkart send me wrong item inside with right invoice. I process for refund then company cancelled my refund without any reason customer care staff didn't take my phone. Then I process for replacement again company send me different brand and defective Saree. Again customer care staff not taking my call.

Updated by Maya Rani Flipkart sent me wrong product two times with invoice about product I have ordered Didn't refunded my money. Then I process for replacement but it was only mental harassment for me. Doesn't it show flipkart fraudness.

Mene flipkart se mi 3s prime mobile kharida tha. Do dino me hi hang or battery problem aai or mene return karne ki complaint ki or smart check bhi karaya lekin unke dwara Koi problem na kah kar mobile return karne se saf mana kar diya.

Aapse request hai ki mera mobile phone bapas karwakar mera pura payment bapas kiya jaye.
