[Resolved] Flipkart — sent wrong/faulty product | |||
I was sent faulty laptop from Flipkart with a lot of issue. They said it will take 72 hrs to process the request. Now when the initial 72 hrs has passed. They are saying that they need another 48hrs to process the request. The seller name is Retail Net. They are committing fraud here. They give a 10 days replacement window. They have already consumed 3 days . Total 5 days has passed since I received the order. But now they need 2 more days to process the order. I orderedAcer Aspire 3 Ryzen 5 Quad Core - (4 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home) A315-41 / A315-41G / A315-41-R45R Laptop Color: Black . I have attached the bill . The return request has not been processed yet, . It was better I had purchased from a shop. I would have reviewed the product properly rather than this kind of fraud from flipkart. I was not reverted until now. It had been more than 4 days . You asked for 3 days to resolved the query . One should never buy these items from FLIPKART specially costly one. They do such frauds.
