[Resolved] Flipkart — Service and careless customer care | |||||
I have ordered a mobile from flip kart on 19 December. They have given delivery date on 29th December. I am staying in Mumbai. I have called them 6 times from 19th to 26 asking them not to delay as I need to gift it someone dear for me. I have repeatedly requested them and they assured me they will deliver by 29th. Today I got new delivery date 03rd January 2017. When I asked for customer they were reckless And not ready to make delivery by 29th. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Feb 5, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 05, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Escalation team already addressed the issue. Hence, closing the case.
