Flipkart — service centre not giving service flipkart is not considering the customer

I have purchased Samsung on8 mobile through Order ID: OD[protected] from Flipkart. My mobile is not working from last month as it has hanging issue for which I have reached out to customer service center (Having 1 year warranty period active) for resolution. I would like to escalate you that Samsung service center response is not up to the mark and not even taking care about this by stating that the IMEI number of my new mobile is already registered 3 years back with them and cannot provide the service for the same. I am wondering how come my new mobile IMEI got registered with the service center 3 year back when I had purchased it very recently(Just 5 months old). This has really been frustrating, irritating, since i have contacted Samsung service center multiple times in multiple authorized server centers with lot of patience but I could not get the solution by listening the same reason again and again why they can't provide service for me. Even I have reached out to flipkart customer care to address my genuine concern; as per flipkart customer care(Ms. Nandini) advice I re visited the Samsung authorized service center to provide me Job Sheet however they could not provide me job sheet by giving same reason job sheet can't be provided to device whose IMEI number is already been registered with them. I got fed up with flipkart as well as Samsung service center guys with this issue, how many times i should visit authorized service center which is more than 15 KM away from my home leaving my job and personal things aside. I am expecting at least some solution from flipkart this time, since I trusted Flipkart and purchased product; Now i don't have patience and time to work on this, its been more than a month nobody is caring about this. What kind of products flipkart provides to the customers. I feel this is one kind of cheating flipkart has been doing with old products having some fake product delivery vendors to trouble, fool the trusted customers. To where i should go for this, to whom should I speak, what kind of things i need to do, how many time i should reach out service center. This is completing annoying and not expected from such reputed company like flipkart. This is completely Flipkarts mistake because Flipkart has delivered me very old product whose IMEI number was already registered previously with Samsung service center. Now please do not ask me to visit Authorized service center again to get the job sheet. I am fully fed up, lost trust on you guys, Its your responsibility to delivery good/New products, If required you guys go ahead and get the job sheet from Samsung service center i am happy to provide the authorized service center details for your reference. I am expecting immediate resolution for my concerns and also i request Flipkart not to deliver fake products and trouble the customers. Now its your duty to take this issue ahead and work on the solution as priority otherwise i will be going to take legal steps. Take your old mobile and refund my money if you cant resolve this. Hope you understand my situation, i could not sleep properly because of this hassle situation which is frustrating me every day a lot. Its my hardcore money invested for product and time which i spent visiting Samsung authorized service center multiple times which you even can't pay for it. Shame on flipkart and expecting at least some solution quickly.
