[Resolved] Flipkart — service provided by flipkart to his plus members | |
I want to share an incident happened today with me. I am a flipkart plus member.in this billion day offer, i ordered (Order id-od[protected] a laptop with exchange of my old laptop. The delivery boy came with the new laptop. He asked me for the laptop applied for exchange. He verified everything and declared my laptop is physically damaged. But, it has minor scratch which is negligible. Also, it is in working condition and that scratch doesn't affect its working in any way. His behaviour was horrible. Neither he offered me to pay the exchange amount and get the new laptop as per my order nor he gave me opportunity to speak about it. He just asked me to call customer care. But while i was trying to call, he left. He didn't even bothered to wait for my response. This is how service to a flipkart plus member is given by #flipkart.
